Bulaj Leba apartment is a 2 level spacious apartment with interior decorated in nautical style located in a closed estate with two swimming pools near Leba seaside town.
On the area of nearly 90m² we have everything required for comfortable summer break: On the first level there is a living room with open-plan kitchen also the bedroom, bathroom and a large balcony.
On the second level there is an open space room with four single beds and a fun zone for children full of toys.

What would a summer holiday be without a relaxing time by the water? If you want to experience it you do not need to look for a place on the beach. In order to experience it you do not need to look for a right place on the beach. This pleasure is only a few steps away! The swimming pools located in the centre of the estate are open from 15th June to 15th September. It is not only a great place for summer fun but also pride of the entire complex thanks to the evening lighting. Here, you will have an amazing family holiday experience close to the sea and swimming pool.
Just lie comfortably on one of the sun beds around the pools and enjoy a sweet time of ‘doing nothing’ … Thanks to the latest heat pump the water stays warm for the entire three months so nothing stops you from jumping in the water even in September! 😊

Thanks to the equipment, attractions of the estate and the quiet neighbourhood you can recharge your batteries here as well as get away from everyday life and spend time with your family or friends. Across two floors and nearly 90m² you will find a number of features that have already been appreciated by previous guests. Not only during the holiday season.
There is no time for boredom with us. We have prepared a special Fun Zone for the youngest. Teepee, football table, building blocks, vehicles, puzzles, dollhouse and many more. Take a look inside the magic box and find something for yourself. Our apartment is suitable for children of all ages.
Heated swimming pools and an amazing playground are not the only attractions of the area.

The estate is surrounded from the east by a forest with numerous paths and from the west by fields which extend a almost one mile all the way to Łebsko Lake. The centre of Łeba is less than two miles away and the beach is just 16 minutes away by bike or 8 minutes by car. Which in distance means three miles away. You can also choose an electric cart which will take you to the estate and more: a trip to the Alex’s Farm, the Moving Sand Dunes or even the Stilo Lighthouse without a fuss.
You can feel safe with us
The entrance to the estate is secured by an automated remote controlled gate and the entire estate is fenced. The apartment has one parking space for you to use.
Fresh rolls will arrive to you at breakfast time
During the holiday season from Monday to Saturday at around 9.30 am, a delivery of fresh crispy bread from a local bakery arrives at the estate. Just in time for breakfast.
Local shops
The nearest grocery store is in Żarnowska (about 1 mile [1.5 km] away), and for slightly larger shopping we will recommend a mini shopping centre i with polish supermarkets (Biedronka, Rossmann, Pepco, confectionery, butcher’s shop, parcel locker, ATM, jet car wash) in Łeba – 1.5 mile [2.5 km] from the apartment.

Take your pet to the seaside! Our apartment is also suitable for small dogs. We have the necessary accessories such as a dog bed, bowls, etc.

Saunas - just three steps from Apartament Bulaj Łeba
Extremely popular in cold Scandinavia and more and more often found in Poland. Saunas not only affect the look of your skin, but also allow you to relax after a busy day of activity.
Dry sauna (Finnish style)
In the estate you can use the dry sauna (Finnish), which is located in the estate in the building adjacent to our apartment. This sauna improves the condition of the skin and complexion especially those prone to spots. Heat unblocks the sebaceous glands and regulates the secretion of sebum. As a result, the number of pimples is reduced the skin is radiant, nourished, cleansed and more susceptible to moisturizing treatments.
This sauna is available all year round! Is there a better plan for relaxing evening?
Wet sauna (Roman bath)
In the near future a steam sauna (Roman bath) will also be available. Hot steam has a beneficial effect on health. Steam baths in the baths cleanse the body of metabolic products and toxins, moisturize and smooth the skin, inhale the respiratory tract and increase immunity.
Another advantage of this sauna will be the distance: 3 steps. Yes – Three steps separates you from blissful relaxation because this sauna is located on the same floor, opposite the Bulaj apartment.
In our kitchenette you will find everything that is necessary to prepare both simple and more sophisticated dishes. The rich equipment will surely be appreciated by moms of the youngest. A high chair and colourful plastic cutlery would not make meals boring. With us, cooking is quick and convenient. Cleaning too – the dishwasher is waiting for the plates.
However, if you do not want to spend too much time in the kitchen you can order take aways from Łeba. Waiting for delivery will be made more pleasant by aromatic coffee from the coffee machine.

In addition to a modern smart TV connected to WiFi also a PlayStation 4 console is waiting for you, “armed” with 3 wireless pads.
In spring time or on cooler autumn evenings a biofireplace will take care of a unique atmosphere which will not only warm the room, but also set an amazing mood.
Watch your favourite movie or turn on romantic music and relax in a comfortable armchair with a book and a cup of tea. You deserve this relaxation.

One of the most liked parts of Bulaj is the large sunny balcony (over 11m²) facing west. After opening French doors it becomes a real extension of the living room. In addition to the main door from the living room you also have the option of direct exit from the bedroom.
Lie down comfortably on a sunbed and let the sun’s rays warm your skin. You have your children under control: swimming pools, a playground, a trampoline, a mini golf course – everything is within your sight. Take advantage of our electric grill and prepare a delicious meal and in the evening watch the sun lazily go down over Lake Łebsko.

Have you ever slept on the beach? With us you will feel like you are on the seashore thanks to a charming mural with a real view of the Łeba beach! We have equipped the bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. A wardrobe with hangers and a direct exit to the balcony are additional advantages of this room.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, shower and towel set: large and small – one for each guest. Ladies will surely be delighted with a hair dryer with a diffuser. With longer stays in mind we took care of a washing machine and for the youngest we have prepared a few other useful gadgets.

On the first floor there is a large, open space of over 40 m2. Due to the lack of a rigid division, it can fulfil various functions: depending on your needs, it can be a bedroom at night, and during the day – an extensive Fun Zone.
On the 2nd level, we have also prepared comfortable hotel beds.

The Bulaj Łeba apartment is equipped with six beds of various sizes which can accommodate up to 8-9 people. In order to maintain your comfort we recommend stays in groups of up to 8 people. Clean bed linen and towel sets are waiting for you: 1 large and 1 small per person and 1 floor mat per couple.

We are equipped with 3 bed safety rails (each 150 cm long), which will protect your children from sliding off the mattress during sleep.
On request, we also provide a travel cot for children up to 3 years of age with accompanying accessories and a set of bedding. You can set up the cot anywhere in the Apartment.
